Shipping & Certified Installer Process

At Lone Peak, our goal is to make delivery and installation as seamless and reliable as possible. Below is an overview of how your camper is prepared, shipped, and installed once it leaves our facility.

Camper Packaging & Installation

Every Lone Peak Camper ships fully assembled, either in a custom full crate or via hot shot delivery to your certified installer, depending on the number of campers making the voyage at that time.

When it arrives, your camper will be professionally mounted to your vehicle by one of our certified installers.
Please note — wiring the camper to your vehicle’s electrical system is the customer’s responsibility and should be completed after installation unless otherwise discussed with the certified installer. Any additional work or services arranged directly with the installer outside of mounting the camper to your vehicle will be at the customer’s expense.

Flat-Rate Shipping & Installation

To simplify the process, we’ve built installation into our flat-rate shipping cost:

  • West Coast: $1,000 (includes shipping + installation)

  • East Coast: $2,000 (includes shipping + installation)

This ensures your camper arrives safely and is installed correctly by a certified professional.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we can only ship to the Certified Installers listed on the website within the lower 48 United States and do not support freight forwarders or international deliveries.

This limitation comes from prior experience — even with reinforced crating and protective wrapping, shipments outside the lower 48 have proven more prone to damage and delays.
Our priority is making sure every camper arrives in excellent condition, ready for installation.

Delivery Timeline & Tracking

Once your camper is complete, please allow:

  • 1–2 weeks for crating and shipping coordination, and

  • 1–2 additional weeks for delivery, depending on your location and the number of campers shipping at that time.

You’ll receive tracking details and delivery confirmation as soon as your camper is on its way.

Special Shipping Coordination

If you’re comfortable with the outlined shipping limitations, our team will help coordinate your delivery to a certified installer and confirm your final flat-rate pricing and timing.
We’ll make sure your install is properly scheduled and handled by trusted Lone Peak partners.

Inspecting Your Camper on Delivery

When your camper arrives, inspect it immediately to ensure it’s in good condition.
If you notice any damage, take clear photos and contact our team right away at team@lonepeakoverland.com.
We’ll help document and resolve any issues quickly to keep your delivery process smooth.
