Refund Policy – Lone Peak Overland

Refund Policy

We offer two ways to reserve your Lone Peak Camper: a fully refundable $500 deposit or paying in full.

Fully Refundable $500 Deposit
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable anytime before your order is finalized. About one month before your build enters production, our team will reach out by phone or email to review your build details and issue your final invoice. Once the final invoice is paid, your order becomes non-refundable.

Pay in Full
If you choose to pay in full at checkout, you may request to cancel your order before your confirmation call. Cancellations for pay-in-full orders are subject to a $250 fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs. After your confirmation call and payment of the final invoice, all sales are final.

   
     Financing cannot be used with deposit orders.

We stand behind every camper with a comprehensive warranty. If any issues arise after delivery, our team will handle them per our warranty policy.
