Confirmation Call & Order Review Q&A

1. Understanding the Confirmation Call

Q: What is a Confirmation Call?
A: The Confirmation Call is the final review of your camper build before it enters production.
During this step, we review your selected options, layout, and accessories to make sure everything is correct. It’s your chance to confirm every detail before your order becomes non-refundable and moves into our build queue.

Q: When is it time for my Confirmation Call?
A: When your build reaches the top of the queue, we’ll send you an invite! You can expect this via email or text (depending on your communication preferences) a few weeks before your estimated completion date.


2. Completing the Confirmation Process

Q: How do I complete the Confirmation Call?
A: You can complete your confirmation in one of two ways:

  • Option 1 — Live Call:
    Schedule a phone or video call with our team to review your build line by line.
    This is a great choice if you’d like to talk through accessory options, installation details, or timing.

  • Option 2 — Online Form:
    If you already know your setup and prefer to review independently, you can fill out the Confirmation Form. 
    This form mirrors what we cover in the call and lets you confirm your selections digitally, when the time is right for you.
    Once submitted, our team reviews your responses and sends your final invoice.


3. After the Confirmation Call or Form Submission

Q: What happens after I complete my confirmation?
A:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation summary to review one last time.

  • Your invoice will be sent in a separate email.

  • Once your invoice is paid, your order is locked in and non-refundable, and your camper immediatly moves into prouction.


4. Making Changes After Confirmation

Q: Can I make changes after confirming my order?
A: Minor edits may still be possible before your build is scheduled, depending on materials and production timing.


If you notice anything that needs adjustment, contact our team right away at team@lonepeakoverland.com.


Once your camper has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.


5. Invoice & Payment Details

Q: When and how will I receive my invoice?
A: Invoices are emailed separately after your confirmation is reviewed.
If you confirmed using the online form, your invoice is built directly from your responses.
All orders are non-refundable once paid, as materials and production time are allocated specifically to your build.
