Lone Peak Camper Warranty Policy
All Lone Peak camper frames are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser and original vehicle only. Accessories, tents, baseline camper configuration and related components are covered under a Limited 2-Year Warranty, which begins on the date of receipt.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to products purchased directly from Lone Peak Overland.
Coverage
Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
- Manufacturer defects in aluminum extrusions and frame connections
2-Year Warranty Coverage:
- Tent: Manufacturer defects in tent fabric and zippers
- Accessories: Manufacturer defects in accessory components
- Other: Manufacture defects in components included in the baseline camper configuration as installed by Lone Peak
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, and Lone Peak shall not be liable for, the following:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper use, overloading, or failure to follow provided guidelines
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
- Improper installation or use outside intended design parameters
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to seals, finishes, cosmetic damage, and fabric wear or fading
- Environmental or external damage, including but not limited to hail, wind, flooding, UV exposure, mold, mildew, fire, or pests
- Any condition that cannot be verified, reproduced, or substantiated through Lone Peak’s inspection and testing process
Warranty Claim Requirements
All warranty claims are subject to mandatory evaluation, troubleshooting, and root cause determination by Lone Peak Overland.
The customer agrees to cooperate fully with all reasonable requests for information, including but not limited to photos, videos, and diagnostic testing procedures. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of the claim.
Warranty coverage is only granted upon confirmation that the issue is the direct result of a manufacturing defect.
Claims Process
1. Claim Submission
Complete our warranty claim form with your order number, photos/videos, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Evaluation & Determination
Lone Peak will evaluate all claims within 2–3 business days of submission. Additional time may be required depending on complexity and customer responsiveness.
3. Resolution (at Lone Peak’s sole discretion)
- Shipment of replacement parts
- Authorization of repair
- Requirement to return product for inspection or service
- Denial of claim if outside warranty coverage
Lone Peak reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy in all cases.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For issues determined to be outside of warranty coverage, Lone Peak may, at its discretion, offer repair or replacement options at cost plus shipping and applicable fees.
Limitations of Liability
- Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled at no cost for parts or repair as determined by Lone Peak
- Lone Peak is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to travel expenses, lodging, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or third-party service costs
- Under no circumstances shall Lone Peak’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product
General
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and original vehicle
- This warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing
- Lone Peak reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
