Lone Peak Camper V2 Build Comparison — Baseline, Weekender, Adventurer, Overlander
The Lone Peak Camper V2 is offered in four pre-configured build tiers — Baseline, Weekender, Adventurer, and Overlander. Every tier starts with the same V2 camper (lightweight aluminum-extrusion pop-up wedge truck bed camper). The tiers differ by which accessories are included from the factory.
Build accessories are cumulative — each higher tier includes everything in the tier below, plus additional accessories. You can also build any tier from Baseline by adding individual accessories à la carte; the pre-configured builds are simply the bundles we ship most often.

Baseline
The Baseline build is the V2 camper without any add-on accessories. Every Lone Peak Camper V2, regardless of build tier, ships with the following standard equipment:
- Lift-away bed
- Black-out tent
- Tent extensions
- Positive pressure vent
- Side access doors
- Tent condensation vents
- 4" × 80" mattress
- T-Slots inside & out for accessory mounting
Choose Baseline if you want to add only the specific accessories you need, or if you have existing camping equipment you plan to integrate yourself.
See the fitment chart to confirm V2 compatibility with your truck.
Weekender
The Weekender build is the Baseline plus the three essentials most owners add for their first overnight trips: a power source, interior lighting, and a port for adding a diesel heater later.
What's included beyond Baseline
Choose Weekender if you camp a few times a year and want the basics handled without ordering accessories piecemeal.
Adventurer
The Adventurer build is the Weekender plus four windows and ventilation upgrades. This is the most-popular tier — it adds full visibility, airflow, and cab access on top of the Weekender essentials, making the camper a complete living space for overland trips of any length.
What's included beyond Weekender
Choose Adventurer if you camp regularly and want full windows, ventilation, and a cab pass-through to make the camper a self-contained living space.
Overlander
The Overlander build is the Adventurer plus an integrated off-grid power system: solar panel, lithium battery, and the Power Plate inverter/management unit. Choose Overlander if you camp off-grid for multiple days at a time and want self-contained power without relying on portable batteries, a generator, or shore power.

- Choose Weekender if you want the basics — power, lights, heater port — without piecing them together.
- Choose Adventurer if you want a fully-windowed and ventilated overland camper that's ready for trips of any length the day you pick it up.
- Choose Overlander if you want everything Adventurer has plus a fully-integrated off-grid power system for extended off-grid trips.

Frequently asked build questions
Can I upgrade my build later?
Some accessories are only available at the time of purchase, but DIY options are typically available. Contact our sales team to learn more about which accessories are available after your camper is built.
Are the included accessories pre-installed when my camper is delivered?
Most are. Your Lone Peak certified installer handles the final assembly and accessory mounting at pickup. Some accessories (like solar panels) are mounted at the installer; others are pre-installed at our facility before shipping.
Do all build tiers fit all trucks?
Yes — the build tier is independent of fitment. Your truck make, model, year, and bed length determines the camper fitment (see fitment chart); the build tier determines what accessories are included.
What's the difference between Adventurer and Overlander in real-world use?
Adventurer is a fully-equipped overland camper ready for trips of any length when paired with a portable power source or shorter off-grid stretches. Overlander adds an integrated solar/lithium/inverter system that removes the need for a portable battery or generator on extended off-grid trips.
