SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Lone Peak Overland LLC (“Lone Peak Overland,” “we,” “us”) communicates with customers by text message (SMS/MMS). We run two separate kinds of text messaging, each with its own consent. This page explains both, how to opt out, and how we protect your information.

1. Customer care & order notifications

These are conversational and transactional messages — for example answering questions from an inquiry or quote request, coordinating your build or installation, scheduling appointments, and sending order and deposit confirmations. You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to us — for example when you request a quote, place an order or deposit, submit a form on our website, or text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Marketing & promotional texts

From time to time we may send promotions, product news, and offers by text. We only send marketing texts to customers who have separately opted in — for example by checking the SMS marketing box at checkout or on a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword to join. Marketing messages are sent through our messaging provider on our behalf. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to a marketing message; this is separate from the customer-care messages described above.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and, for marketing, on current promotions.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop that type of message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send you further texts of that type unless you opt back in.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information (including your phone number and your text-messaging consent) is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For more detail, please see our Privacy Policy.
