Shipping & Delivery Policy — Lone Peak Overland

Lone Peak Camper V2 campers are built at Lone Peak Overland headquarters in East Wenatchee, Washington. From there, you have two options:

  1. We ship your camper fully assembled to a certified installer in the lower 48 United States, with installation included in a flat-rate shipping fee.
  2. You pick up your camper at HQ in East Wenatchee, where our team installs it on your truck at no additional cost — skipping the shipping fee entirely.

Option 1: Ship to a certified installer

Campers ship fully assembled, either in custom protective crates or via hot-shot delivery, to one of our certified installers. Your camper is professionally mounted to your truck by the installer.

Installation costs are included in the flat-rate shipping fee, which typically ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on installer location.

What the install includes: protective crating, transport, and physical mounting of the camper to your truck. The camper itself ships fully pre-wired internally.

What the install does NOT include: connecting the camper's electrical system to your truck (for example, DC-to-DC charging from your truck's alternator). This is handled separately. Some owners do this themselves; others arrange it with a 3rd party or certified installer for an additional fee.

Option 2: Free installation at Lone Peak HQ

Because every Lone Peak Camper V2 is built on site at our headquarters in East Wenatchee, Washington (13 Pangborn Rd, 98802), you can skip shipping entirely by picking yours up at the source. Lone Peak Overland offers free installation at HQ: you arrive with your truck on your scheduled pickup appointment, our team installs the camper, and you drive away with it the same day.

HQ installation scope: every Camper V2 is built fully pre-wired internally. At your scheduled HQ pickup, our team mounts the camper to your truck. As with the certified-installer-network option, connecting the camper's electrical system to your truck (such as DC-to-DC charging from your alternator) is not part of the install service. Some owners do this themselves; others arrange it with a 3rd party or certified installer for an additional fee.

Lead times

For shipped campers (Option 1):

  • 1–2 weeks for crating and shipping coordination after your camper is built
  • 1–2 additional weeks for delivery to your installer, based on location and shipment volume
  • Tracking details are provided once your camper ships

For HQ pickup (Option 2): we coordinate your pickup appointment as soon as your camper is built — no shipping coordination time required.

Where we ship

Camper shipping is limited to the lower 48 United States and only to our certified installer network. We do not ship campers to freight forwarders, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally. This restriction is in place because of prior damage and delay issues with shipments outside the certified installer network — protecting your camper is our priority.

If you live outside the lower 48 or prefer to handle your own logistics, the HQ pickup option (Option 2) is available to anyone willing to travel to East Wenatchee, Washington.

Coordinating delivery

Once your camper is built and ready to ship, our team coordinates delivery with your chosen certified installer. We confirm timing, pricing, and the installation appointment. You will receive shipping notifications and tracking information once the camper is en route.

Inspection on delivery

Upon arrival at the installer (or upon HQ pickup), please inspect your camper immediately. If you notice any damage, take clear photos and contact our team at [email protected] right away so we can document and resolve the issue.

Accessory shipping

Individual accessories (lighting, mounts, windows, batteries, gear storage, hardware, etc.) ship via standard parcel or LTL freight depending on size and weight. Order-to-ship times vary by item availability — check your order confirmation for specific details.
