How has the camper changed the way you adventure?
Our camper has completely transformed how we explore the outdoors. We camp far more frequently now, and we've extended our camping season into the cold weather months thanks to the comfort of our electric blanket powered by the Lone Peak Overkill solar panel—something we never would have attempted in our tent-camping days. One of the biggest game-changers has been the confidence to drive further each day. We know that no matter how late we arrive at camp or how dark it is, setup is quick and easy. The comprehensive lighting we had installed means we can pull in after sunset and still have camp ready in minutes, which has opened up so many more destinations that were previously out of reach for a single day's drive. I also built a DIY 12V water system (before Lone Peak released "The Tank"), and having running water at camp has been incredible. We can easily do dishes, wash hands, fill water bottles, and even take showers—luxuries we never had while tent camping. It's made our adventures more comfortable and sustainable, allowing us to stay out longer and explore more remote areas without sacrificing the conveniences that make camping enjoyable. The camper hasn't just changed where we go—it's changed how often we go and how much we truly enjoy being out there. I love how thoughtful purposfuol the design is and how comfortably we camp without sacrificing the portability or capability of my 4x4 truck as we would with a Sprinter van or larger camper setup. My average MPG has only decreased by 2 which is a small price to pay vs a larger setup.
