What does the order process look like?
We’ve broken it down into three straightforward steps: Design Your Camper, Confirm Your Build, and Schedule Installation. Whether you're still exploring or getting ready to place an order, this is your complete guide to what comes next.

Detailed Breakdown
Step 1: Design Your Camper
Order Placement
Once you place your order for a baseline camper, your spot in our production queue is officially reserved. From there, you’ll continue designing your camper by selecting from over 20 first-party accessories, color options, and more.
Track Your Spot Anytime
We update our Camper Tracker every two weeks, so you can follow your place in line anytime. It’s always accessible at the top of our homepage.
Step 2: Confirm Your Build
Confirmation Call
About four to six weeks before your camper is estimated to be ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a confirmation call. During this call, we’ll:

Confirm your vehicle details

Review your selected accessories and colors

Make any requested adjustments to your build
If any changes are made, we’ll update your invoice. Any balance or refund must be settled before your camper moves into production.
Please note: Confirmation calls are scheduled in daily blocks between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. PST. These calls typically last anywhere from 10 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your questions. We want to make sure you feel fully confident in your build — and we’ll take the time to listen and get everything right.
Payment
Final payment and checklist approval are due after the confirmation call. At this point, your order is locked and non-refundable. Once that’s complete, your build is ready to begin and you're one step closer to adventure!
Production
Your camper moves into production as soon as payment and approval are finalized. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Please note that no changes can be made once this step begins.
Step 3: Schedule Installation
Installation Scheduling
Once your camper is complete, we’ll send you a calendar invite to schedule your installation.
Please note: We are only able to schedule your installation or coordinate shipping after all paperwork is submitted and your camper is complete.
Camper Hold Window
Our goal is to complete all installations within six weeks of sending the install invite. We appreciate your prompt scheduling during this window.
Install Location
Installations take place at our Wenatchee, WA facility with our in-house team — at no additional cost.

Appointments are available Monday–Friday at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and 12 p.m. PST, scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shipping Options
If you’re outside the installation area, we offer shipping to a certified installer. These details are covered during your confirmation call. You can also learn more in our Shipping and Delivery Information.
